Why I Turned A Composer ? - Kader Kashmiri

" My creative inputs have always been there in the tunes of  LAALPARI,KARAMDAATA and AMAN KE FARISHTEY which I had given to music directors Nadeem Shravan, Annu Malik and Bappi Lahiri respectively. It is a tough time going for the music department in Bollywood Cinema today  where the producers are themselves spending for the recordings, promotions as well as releasing the film too. Hence I want to test myself as a lyricist and music composer too. Even a great filmmaker like Sanjay Leela Bhansali has done it in the recent past. SLUMGOD will definitely create a new history as I am totally inspired by legendary moviemakers Dev Anand and Manmohan Desai with whom I had  a very close association.."
